Who you're contracting with

What you're buying
The Short-Let Playbook (a digital guide, PDF), an optional Templates & Contracts Pack offered at checkout, and an optional Calculators & Worksheets pack offered after purchase. Prices shown at checkout are in GBP and include VAT.
Payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; Stripe handles that directly.
Delivery
Your purchase is delivered instantly by email once payment is confirmed, and again after any add-on. Download links stay active for 30 days and allow a limited number of downloads — contact us if yours stops working.
Your licence to use the guide
Buying the Playbook gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it in your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share your copy, or the templates and calculators, with anyone else, in whole or in part. All content remains our intellectual property.
Cancellation and refunds
Because delivery is instant, you waive the standard 14-day cancellation right at checkout — see our Refunds page for exactly how that works and what goodwill refunds remain available.
Our liability
Nothing here limits liability we cannot lawfully limit, such as for death or injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the price you paid, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. The Playbook is educational content based on our own experience, not individualised professional, legal, financial or tax advice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future orders. The version published at the time you complete checkout is the one that applies to your purchase.
Governing law
